Seller's comments about 1965' Mercedes-Benz Klasa S
Hello. I have a Mercedes W111 220S car from 1965 for sale. The car was imported from the USA, after customs clearance. I started renovating this car in 2022, but due to lack of time and storage space, I would like to sell it in its current condition, i.e.; The car has been bodyworked and has a new paint job. Chrome on the bumpers, grill, and exterior moldings have been refurbished. New side skirts have been installed. Rims have been sandblasted and painted. New tires. All door and trunk keys have been made. The exterior of the car is assembled according to my assessment is 85%, it remains to be completed; - installation of the windshield - installation of several chrome strips - installation of the fuel tank (it is washed and painted) - installation of the exhaust system (none) - engine inspection and replacement of all fluids and oils. ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION RUNNING. Interior; - renovated window console (installed) - renovated steering wheel - renovated and installed rear shelf - new headliner (installed) - renovated, lubricated and installed window lifting mechanisms - preserved door recesses - original door upholstery installed - renovated wood of the windscreen and doors - new door seals purchased (to be installed) - new material for rigid door seals (Kedra) purchased - original leather seats (to be installed) THERE IS REMAINING TO PURCHASE AND INSTALL; - soundproofing - floor covering - pillar seals - trunk seal That's all I remember, I will provide the rest of the information by phone.
