This lot will be auctioned via Iconic Auctioneers, The Classic Sale at the Practical Classics Classic Car and Restoration Show 2025 on Saturday the 22nd of March - Sunday the 23rd of March, NEC, Birmingham, B40 1NT.Any MGB enthusiast will confirm that the most desirable examples of the marque are the original '62/ 63 cars with the 3-bearing crankshaft and the external 'pull' door handlesThis late 1962 example began life as a left-hand drive, US-spec car finished in Old English White and was first registered in the US on 01/ 01/ 1963We understand it was restored in the States in 1981 and finished in a brighter shade of white. Only one US owner for 48 yearsReturned to the UK on 01/ 05/ 2012 and converted to right-hand drive.
