First registered on 1st August 1972, this is a very smart example of the iconic MGB GT, a very practical and easy-to-own classic car, in British Racing Green. This car, just out of a 13 year period of ownership, was given an extensive body restoration in 2013, together with an overhaul of the mechanics. It remains in very good condition and we have just serviced it and put it through an MOT test. Whilst servicing the car, a brand new, quality, exhaust system was fitted. The condition of the bodywork is very good with just a few minor blemishes (including a couple on the bonnet), which are nothing major, but would be worth sorting out at some stage. The structure and underside of the car are very good, having been mainly renewed during the restoration. The interior, again, is good, with original vinyl seats that are in excellent order, smart dashboard and very good headlining. The wire wheels are in good order, with plenty of tread on the tyres. The car starts instantly and drives well, and will, we are sure, provide many hours of enjoyment. Paperwork file includes V5C, MOT certificate to August 2027, plenty of old invoices and old MOT certificates and workshop manual. To view a walk-round video and a video of the car in action, please visit our own website – just click on the link on this page.MGBs ALWAYS WANTED.We are always pleased to consider part-exchange especially for good MGs, and we can offer economic delivery to most parts of mainland Britain. Please telephone for more information (please, no texts) at any reasonable hour, 7 days a week. You can now follow us on Facebook and Instagram
