Seller's comments about 1978' MG MGB

1978 MGB Roadster. Old English White with Black leather upholstery and white piping and a black hood. This lovely Roadster has been with its last keeper for 4 years, during this time lots of money has been spent to keep it in the condition you see today. During 2020 the car was subject to a bare metal respray and has been used sparingly since this time. It had new chrome bumpers fitted and a brand new set of wire wheels and tyres. Full and half tonneau covers. The engine has previously been rebuilt and converted to unleaded fuel. During the last keepers tenure he has replaced the suspension all the way around, fitted a new clutch and backplate. A new fuel tank, sender unit and pipes were installed and the exhaust upgraded to stainless steel. Most recently in April 2024 a fully reconditioned pair of HS4 SU carburettors were fitted. The car comes complete with a large history folder containing lots of bills, invoices and old mot certificates. The MG runs and drives just as you would expect with a strong engine and a smooth gearbox with working overdrive in 3rd and 4th gears. Although now tax and mot exempt a fresh mot will be applied upon sale for your own peace of mind. Absolutely any inspection welcome. All major debit and credit cards accepted.
