1968' MG MGC

In stock with us at RFH Classics we have this great looking 1968 (G) MGC GT finished in Snowberry White with Black Leather Interior, piped with matching white edge. Introduced in 1967 the MGC has its power delivered from the straight six 3. 0 engine that produced 145bhp. In this the power unit is matched to a 4 speed gearbox with Overdrive to 3rd and 4th and is working perfectly. The 3. 0 6 cylinder engine certainly does produce a lovely sound and this one is no exception with the stainless steel exhaust.
The interior on this MGC has recently had the dash refurbished, new Mota-lita Wood Rim Steering Wheel and the Black carpets are in very good condition. The seats covered with Black Leather which look very good as they have a good the level of patina that really suits the car, they have a White piping that edges the seat to match the exterior of the car. The bodywork is very tidy as can been seen from the pictures and video and the chrome work is very good including new side mouldings just fitted. Appropriate to the year, the car is fitted with the correct period disc wheels with chrome centre caps. If required, a wire wheel upgrade could be specified, please ask for a quotation. ??
In the office we have a history file indicating the car has a lot of work undertaken including new stainless exhaust, brake servo assembly, poly bush upgrade to the front suspension as well as details of the restoration work undertaken in 2009. The car is eligible for zero Historic Tax which will also make it exempt from the ULEZ charge which if combined with the relatively low cost to insure makes this a very cost effective classic to own.
