1964' MG Midget

I’m advertising this Midget on behalf of the current owner who says:-
Excellent example of increasingly rare side-screen model Midget in Tartan Red with red interior.
Heritage Certificate. Fully restored (with photos, some bills, history etc., on file) approx. 11, 000 miles ago.
Original engine and gear-box more recently removed and replaced by Peter May Engineering with 998cc fast road engine (Impressive spec. Details on request.) and re-manufactured 1275 Midget gearbox. Also anti-roll bar, upgraded front shock absorbers, reconditioned Frogeye type road wheels, choice of Les Leston steering wheel or original. All work done less than 2, 000 miles ago with more than £8. 5K spent.
Owner says, “Much admired but goes as well as it looks. No leaks, overheating or mechanical issues. Period character retained.”
