A very genuine and beautifully presented RWA MG Midget 1275. This car is presented today with known history back to its build date in July 1974. Supplied with a very comprehensive history file spanning 50 years including photographic evidence of its restoration in the 1990’s. First supplied in Kirkcudbright, Scotland before moving to the midlands in 1976. It has resided in Derbyshire/ Nottinghamshire ever since with the now former custodian having owned it since 2019. During his ownership various jobs have been completed such as the fitment of a new hood and tonneau cover. Previously the car has been a multiple concours winner with most notable event wins such as the MGCC Silverstone National and the Donington MG club meeting. It has also been featured in multiple MG enthusiast magazines documenting its restoration. This is a beautiful example with the underside to this day being as clean as when it was rebuilt. It is still finished in the same Carmine red underneath as the exterior coach work. The paintwork has very much survived the test of time while sporting excellent panel gaps and is complimented very nicely with a Tan interior. Upgrades include servo assist brakes, electronic ignition, wire wheels, V12 auxiliary power socket, inertia reel seats belts, an interior wind deflector and a fire extinguisher. It is also supplied with a jack, tool kit and knock off hammer. Why not book a viewing ? “Our coffee pot is always hot!”
