This is a “must see” car in truly wonderful and highly original condition. It is; probably, one of the very best of its kind.
You have to see my MGB to appreciate how genuine it is – even the paintwork in the engine bay, boot, floors and inner sills are in the original colour and present amazingly well.
It’s done a genuine, documented, 75,000 miles from new.
There’s a comprehensive history file, with photos and invoices for most of the work.
My MGB has obviously been lovingly maintained all its life, with no expense spared. There are no areas which let this car down.
It was rust-proofed from new ... and has been regularly wax injected and under-sealed.
The car is totally solid. There’s no visible rust and it has perfect front and rear wing seams.
Floors, chassis, jacking points and underside are excellent.
Inner wings, under bonnet area, bulkhead, boot floor and cabin floors are also completely rust free ... and are in the original exterior paint colour.
The body and paintwork are immaculate. The interior is mainly original: the seats, door cards and carpets are unworn and are also in beautiful condition. Whilst some of floor carpet mats have been replaced at some time; I have retained all the original manufacturer’s carpets, so you can see what they were like.
It has an expensive replacement mohair hood and tonneau cover in very good condition
