Morgan 4-4 Drop Head Coupe Series 1, 1938.
1172cc.
Just 41 of these were produced, this flat-rad example was used regularly and cherished by an active member of the Morgan owners club.
Changed hands in 1973 and was kept in Tonbridge Kent for over 40 years.
Huge file with this car is present along with a charming buff log book and wartime petrol coupons.
The car is still very original and the addition of modern indicators, waterpump, electric fan and alternator are very welcome.
The body work and brightwork are all in good order, the car has been resprayed at some point and any bodywork repaired or replaced sympathetically.
Running very well and supplied with a new Mot (which is not necessarily required). Coventry Climax engine with overhead side valve intake and exhaust.
There is a large file containing history and maintenance.
