1968' Morris Mini 1000 Traveller Mkii

The car that we are offering is one of the last ones manufactured and outfitted with a 998 cc engine. Registered on March 20, 1968, this endearing estate car was a source of happiness for its charming owner for more than 20 years. Regularly serviced throughout its life, whether at Perrin Garage in Issy les Moulineaux, SFR Automobile in Paris or at Atelier Mini in Nanterre, the car played its role, weaving in and out of traffic with elegance and agility. Preferring the elegant champagne colour to the original, the owner had it painted fifteen years ago. A collection of service invoices dating back to 1994 shows that in 2016, the carburettor, exhaust manifold, ignition and intake manifold were replaced as well as the universal joints. The interior has the most recent version of black imitation leather and is in great shape. The exterior wood panelling has recently been restored. Showing 52,172 km (35,525 miles) on the odometer, this stunning car needs a bit of cosmetic work to deal with some corrosion at the bottom of the body to regain its full character.
