the car was generally in good condition, a few years ago it was in a workshop that burned down, it was dried out during the fire, as a result of which the entire front end was "scorched". the sheet metal on the front is in quite nice condition and is suitable for further work.
I have a renovated Trabant 601 deluxe, Opel was supposed to be second, and I started the renovation. the engine is dismantled, I have two heads, a bearing on the possibility of making additional bushings, upg, gaskets, rings - inexpensive.
disassembled front suspension, part sandblasted, powder coated first as an anti-corrosion agent, then in black color - factory quality.
the engine and suspension parts are in a heated hall, the Opel has been standing for the last few years under a roof, since this summer it has been outside and I feel sorry for it. and I know that I will rather not finish it because due to the child's birthday, time has melted, and in 15 years, if it still stands, there would be no point in making it anymore.
98% complete, missing left outline, front sunflowers.
doors, bonnet, hatch sandblasted. painted, the last storm damaged the front mask - it can be straightened.
