Seller's comments about 1973' Peugeot 504 Coupe Lhd
Happy to answer any questions that I haven't covered in the description... Cheap car to run as no MOT or Tax required now. Presentable but would benefit from some cosmetic attention, there is some bubbling and blistering in some areas and some fade here and there, worse place is the bottom of the rear window and a ruptured blister on the boot, also dent on rear wing, hence price reduction. In my ownership I have had the brakes overhauled (pedal can stick sometimes could use a new servo), changed the plugs, oil & filter, Dizzy cap, condenser and points. Starts, runs and drives, have just driven the car for 30 mins with no issues, can idle roughly at times but never cuts outs. Slight noise when clutch not depressed could be a thrust bearing but doesn't show any other issue and drives\changes gear perfectly. Indicators do not work, nor the wipers but the wipers I'm 99% sure is electrical rather than mechanical. A rare car that with little work can be used and enjoyed or a very sound restoration project (I personally inspected the car on a ramp when the brakes were being done and it is excellent underneath). Interior is ok, but seats will need recovering and a new parcel shelf, dash has a few cracks. There is no cost associated with registering this car in this country other than whatever the admin fee is (approx. £50 and the form is a V55/5). NO OFFERS OR PX PLEASE
