- Coachwork at D'Ieteren in Belgium - Over 35 years in family ownership, of which 30 years this car had been stored in a barn - From 2014-2018 complete restoration at a renowned German specialist workshop - Delivery configuration - Expert opinion condition grade 1- Vehicle History: This Porsche 356 B 1600 Roadster was one of the last T5s produced by the Belgian automobile manufacturer D'Ieteren. The Roadster was the direct successor of the Speedster, but it was much more usable due to the higher window. This rare vehicle dates from the 1960 model year and was shipped to the USA immediately after production in Belgium. The Usher family from Massachusetts owned the beautiful car for over 35 years but stored it for 30 of those years in a barn, where the car was not really well kept climatically. As a restoration object it came to Germany, where it was completely restored over four years. Today its condition is as it was when delivered in 1961. A rarely attractive vehicle in fabulous condition.
