1949' Rover 75 P3 75

This 1949 Rover P3 75 has just come from a deceased estate. It has been with the same family for the last 30 years. The car has been off the road for the last five years. We have begun the recommissioning work getting the car started and we have been through the brakes to make it safe. There are just smaller jobs such as a new set of hoses left to do. The engine starts on the button and sounds great with no smoke. The car drives fine and runs through the gears without any issues. The interior is showing its age although the seats are actually in good condition and the only issues are the seams which are starting to come away. The only real issue is the paint which is poor and the car has been hand painted in places with the driver's door in primer. A fresh coat of paint will leave you with a nice example. The car is structurally sound and apart from the paint and some minor recommissioning work the car doesn't need much to be ready for a summer of motoring. At less than half the price of a good example, there is lots of room to invest in this car.
