1948' Rover 75 P3, 75 Sports Saloon

This is my P3. Full restoration finished in 1998, after it had been laid up in a barn for 17 years, by Fred Gunning, a custom car builder. Featured in January 1998 Practical Classics, comes with a very thick history file and photographic history of its restoration, all invoices from 1994. 5 previous owners, all who are recorded. Tax discs back to 1969, and all MOTs back to 1974 guarantees the mileage. MOT expired last year. In the 2 years I have owned it, I have fitted a new radiator, flushed and descaled the block, new exhaust valves, every bit of rubber bush and mounting, recond front dampers, new rear telescopic shock absorbers, brakes just serviced, all under wings painted green and lacquered, excellent chrome. Superb working sunroof, flashing indicators, front seats renewed in leather. Full undershelf tool tray. Just fitted really good wire wheels with new hubcaps, the steels come with the car. been in the Beamish Rally, won many prizes, out every weekend last year. not concourse, but maintained by a Rover enthusiast.
