1955' Rover P4 75

1955 Rover 75 2230cc with 59k believed true miles. The car has been in the same family ownership for 47 years and with the current owner for 14 years. During it's life it was dry stored for 20 years and then in 2009 subjected to a comprehensive re-commissioning by the current owner that included replacing a couple of rear valance panels (the only rusted items on the body) followed by a re-sprayed to match the original Ivory colour and under sealed. This was followed by a complete brakes overhaul including cylinder and brake lines, re built suspension, new exhaust (which has a lovely burble tone). New Avon Cross Ply Tyres as per original fitment. To assist driving in modern traffic a 100 gearbox and overdrive unit plus new clutch have been fitted with the original gearbox still available to go with the car. The interior leather is original but has been subject to a re colour and recent new carpets fitted. This is a award winning car and drives very well.
