Seller's comments about 1924' Singer 10 Hp Tourer
Ideal for VSCC light car events this rare and interesting little car is full of Vintage charm.
She has just had a major engine and gear box re-build along with the starter, Dynamo and magneto.
Work done on the engine includes re-bore with new pistons.
Crank grind and polish with all new white metal bearings.
Oil pump overhauled.
New timing gears and a top end overhaul.
The gearbox has also been rebuilt with new bearings as required.
Also a new battery, Clutch and fuel tank overhaul.
In recent times the car has been re trimmed with a new hood and side screens.
She starts first time off the button and drives well.
I intend to take some more pictures with the hood down.
A possible part exchange may be considered however outright sale preferred.
I am retired so anyone wishing to come and examine the car is welcome anytime.
We are in Chapel-en-le-Frith Derbyshire.
40 minutes from Manchester Airport if anyone is interested from overseas.
