1927' Singer Senior 10/26

This car is ideal for weddings, I have professionally myself converted it to an A series engine this was rebuilt with new pistons valves springs head and block skims and new oil pump and an Austin a30 gearbox, it gives a good turn of speed and the ratios of the 803 cc a30 is a pleasing match to the diff, the interior upholstered in grey with modern slide seat adjusters, loads of polished mahogany and plenty of leg room in the rear.
The car will come with the original engine and box rebuilt by me, can be easily swapped back to the original set up.
The car will come with spares spare radiator and doors springs and steering parts and an 803cc engine, the engine in the car is 1100 cc and is ample power for the light aluminium body, some history with the car but not much. Comes with period registration as the previous owner took it off, I can put you in touch with the previous owner if you want to get it back. this car will keep up in modern town traffic and won't overheat as the period engine did while standing in traffic, a bit tiresome when having a jolly . fitted with a kenlow and it hardly ever switches in , fitted with a stealth alternator which looks like a dynamo , Keep the old world charm with reliability , converted to be used for weddings where reliability is a must . this car does have a current MOT altho not needed and was carried out recently.
Delivery is possible charged at £1. 00 per mile one way .
This car will keep up 45 to 50 all day , you can push it a little more but not recommended with questionable 1927 road holding crossply tires and rod brakes .
