1958' Standard Pennant

This car has had an almost nut & bolt restoration.The car has been completely stripped down. The engine is like new, it was a genuine factory replacement,with very little miles.
A new clutch & release bearing fitted.New engine mountings. Dynamo reconditioned & starter, new regulator,new fan belt.New oils & filter.New fuel pump. Water pump reconditioned.New pinion oil seal fitted.All new brake pipes fitted. Brakes, hubs,& handbrake overhauled. Petrol tank out & de rusted. Car Completely undersealed & waxoiled. £500 of re chroming done.Rear springs removed, cleaned & re fitted. New exhaust fitted. 5 new tyres fitted. It has the genuine original "Ace"chrome wheel trim embelishers. New front & rear windscreen rubbers. Sun visor fitted, fog lamp, twin reversing lights.Seatbelts,twin Triumph Herald horns, anti roll bar fitted. Twin Driving mirrors.Two new headlamps.Complete respray.
Extra gauges fitted :-Water temperature-Ammeter-Vacuum & oil pressure.Some history from "Exeter" where it was originally licenced, and instruction book. The car was recond. by a "Standard mechanic". I fully intended to keep this car, but unfortunately,another project came along, "much against my wife's wishes" so I cannot keep two cars.
