Just arrived at South Norfolk Classics1956 Standard 10 948ccMatching numbers car and just 73358 miles from new.Finished in Cotswold Blue over Birch GreyVery ahead of its time with its smooth 948 OHV engine mated to a Four speed manual gearbox, very drivable and user friendly even by today’s standard.Supplied new by Stevenson Motors Ltd in Tunbridge Wells in Kent in May 1956 and it remained in Kent for the next 56 years.Treated to a major overhaul and repaint in 2012 XKK243 remains in lovely condition today and has obviously been cherished.On the road the Standard runs nicely and it even has some reasonable brakes which pull up well !
