Seller's comments about 1972' Triumph Spitfire

The car was imported to Poland in 2018, registered in Poland and then dismantled for renovation and reconstruction. It is a retro car design with a sporty twist. In 2020, work on it was interrupted and I still haven't found time to finish it. the frame was sandblasted and galvanized and then painted with many layers of varnish, and the last layer was the raptor used in Odrost cars. The bodywork was rebuilt with galvanized sheet metal. Subsequently, it was cleaned by launching and painted with a marine epoxy primer. Painted from the inside with polyurethane varnish. All other suspension elements etc. are sandblasted and painted. The drive system is a modified BMW drive from the 1980s - the legendary M42B18 and a BMW 5-speed ghetto gearbox, the rear axle with a poor leaf spring suspension was replaced with a spring suspension with wishbones and BMW e30 hubs. The rear diff is from a Nissan 350z with a flannel lip for BMW axle shafts. The engine is turbo-prepared. The brakes are new with sports discs. Front hubs adapted from Alfa Romeo. Front brakes from Alfa Romeo 156. Wheels, both front and rear, 4x100. What remains to be done is: upholstery (they are old, like the pattern), electrics, mount the hood, lighting (there are new lamps), put it back together and enjoy this cool toy. I have all the parts from the demolition, windshield and side windows, roof, etc. I also have many spare parts. 2 engines, 2 gearboxes, spare differential and much more. All engine accessories, etc. The car is on a stand, but for transport it can be put on wheels and rolled onto a tow truck as usual. The price is symbolic for such a car and the funds invested in its renovation. I have a lot of knowledge about renovating such cars because I do it as a hobby and in the price of the car, the potential buyer also buys my subsequent consultations in this area. This advertisement is addressed to a person who has the skills but does not have the financial resources to complete it. this project requires only low-cost work.
