Seller's comments about 1959' Triumph TR3

RSA 390 is a superb example of a tastefully uprated Triumph TR3A. Equipped with a Mazda MX-5 5-speed manual gearbox with a short throw, this Triumph is a very capable car that would be perfect for long distance driving. Our TR3A was first registered on the 15th of May 1959, and its first owner kept the car for the first 19 years. It comes to us from its 7th owner, presenting superbly and boasting a fantastic drive.Prior to the previous keeper, the Triumph had been enjoyed by a member of the TR register, who enjoyed local shows and many events in the car showcasing its quality restoration. Throughout the ownership the Triumph was continually maintained and upgraded, in 2022, it was converted to spin on wheels, having been fitted with new splined hubs and bearings. It also received a full axle rebuild the same year along with near rear brake drums. The year prior, the front suspension was inspected, and new bushes were installed in the front wishbones.
