1965' Triumph TR4

This classic Triumph TR4 was most likely built in 1964, but more likely sold as a 1965 model. Red exterior with black leather interior. 4 cylinder engine with dual carburetors, 4-speed manual transmission. Original radio and all gauges. This TR4 is a really special. She is shown by appointment only. History: Not the original owner, but my father purchased her in 1966 and she has been a family member ever since. She is in pretty great shape considering she is older than I am. This beauty has been returned to road worthy form several times in her adventurous life. She was licensed in Illinois, Kansas in 1991, and finally in Arkansas as a classic. In 2010 she was once again lovingly revived by a vintage car specialist over a 2+ year process. The engine heads were rebuild by a machine shop and the block was cleaned and reassembled. The valves were reworked. Carburetors were rebuilt and tested. Head gasket (Victoria British), radiator, hoses, oil filters, belts, plugs, etc. were replaced. The dash, instrumentation, seats, and others body pieces were custom restored or replaced.Although this is my fathers vehicle, I personally have ridden/ driven in it several times over the decades. My son had the privilege of driving it just a few months ago and she is still a mover and shaker. She has been in our family for a long time and honestly, I am not that motivated to sell her.
