Here we offer for sale a stunning restored example 1965 VW Beetle (Registered 1. 1. 1966)
We have just imported this car directly from a museum in South Africa that was closing down. So there you have it, a genuine museum quality vehicle. It was subject to a high quality nut and bolt restoration a few years ago and still presents superbly throughout with paint, body, mechanicals and interior all still looking in absolutely fantastic condition .
The engine is a 1600cc unit giving best of all worlds, classic earlier model Beetle looks and detail with better performance from the later series engine to match.
Beautiful period interior features including Bakelite steering wheel and switchgear, original radio,
Runs and drives really well and a joy to drive turning heads and getting thumbs up everywhere you go.
Sensibly priced to reflect the current market, classic air cooled Beetles of this quality are rarely available for sale.
