1969' Volkswagen Beetle

1969 tax exempt classic Beetle.
Any sensible offer considered!
On the road until 2010 when it was parked up with all good intentions of "finishing the project" and that's where it stayed.
Due to lack of slaves to do it for me I'm going to hand the project on to you now to Finnish & enjoy!
The good things are;
Alfa Romeo 1.5 L engine from 1987 Alfa 33 boxer 4c cloverleaf fitted.
Floor pans and heater channels replaced
Brake shoes, drums, cylinders & wheel bearings replaced
The bad things are;
It looks like a rotten old piece of crap, tho some see that as a bonus!
The doors have rotted out at the bottom
There are a couple of small welding jobs to be done but no major surgery
The radiator needs a cowling making for it to guide air to and from it to prevent the car becoming a mobile sauna.
Tyres are well perished but do hold air
Viewing is essential as it runs, drives and spit's fire! I want to make sure you know what you're taking on, it is an odd ball with this engine, so if you're looking for an original to restore, this probably isn't for you!
It will need transporting away due to tyre condition and lack of mot etc, which can be arrange at cost.
