VOLKSWAGEN Beetle OVAL 1956. The car has been completely restored from A to Z. All with original VW parts and according to the VIN. The reconstruction process took several years - full photo documentation. Original documents, books, etc. Although the Beetle was developed in the 1930s, its mass production began after 1945. The Oval got its name due to the shape of the rear window and was a model available from 1953 to 1957. From 1954, a type 122 engine with a cylinder bore of 77 mm was installed, the displacement of which increased to 1,192 cm³ instead of the previous 1,131 cm³. The enlarged engine now delivered 22 kW (30 hp), 4 kW (5 hp) more than the old engine. This beautifully restored copy does not have a right mirror, which was a feature of cars produced before November 1956. This example is in excellent condition, as if it had just left the factory yesterday. It is not only a great car for collecting awards at classic car rallies, but also a great investment.
