National in excellent condition.Completely revised and serviced.Vehicle modernized for the late 60s.“Matching numbers”.Original VW radio.“Hand-built by Karmann, with the design developed by Virgil Exner and Mario Boano, for Ghia, they were the second model produced by Volkswagen. They were faster and much more expensive than Beetles. In 1953 the prototype was presented at the Paris Motor Show, as a study by Ghia. In 1955, when production began, they were a huge sales success.”
