1956' Austin A30 A 30

1956 Austin A30 four door in tweed grey. One of the last built. Deluxe specification with over-riders, sun visors and a very efficient heater. This particular car was taken off the road and restored some time before March 1986 when it was then re-registered with its original registration number. It has been continually taxed since then and is in regular use. Outstanding little car in super condition throughout. Recent radiator repair, plugs, points, distributor cap and leads. Brake shoes and wheel cylinders all round replaced last year. Original 803cc engine fitted with an SU carburettor which improved performance and economy considerably. All original Zenith components are boxed and with the car. Retains the original trafficators, now fitted with flashing LED lamps. Recorded mileage 296 (the original speedometer was changed at 42,000 and again at 7,047). The car has only done approximately 50,000 miles. This car would be a great introduction to classic car ownership. WUM drives and handles very well, is a great little 'B Road cruiser', is very reliable and could be used as a local runabout as well as for shows and rallies.
