1964' Austin-Healey Bj8

Austin Healey 3000 Mk III . This Phase II version of the Mk III, was originally built on the 27 May 1964 and exported to Pennsylvania, USA and first registered in early 1965.

The car was returned to the UK in 2018 and is subject to a full restoration as per the customer specifications.  

However now due to a change of circumstances of the customer the Healey is now available for sale and can be completed to the new owners specifications

The original brief for the restoration was to keep as many of the original parts as possible rather than just replace item for new and this was to include the re-plating of the original nuts and bolts etc

Current spec
• Keep the car as original and Restore as many parts as possible apart from the requested upgrades
• New wiring loom
• Engine rebuilt with unleaded conversion , fast road cam
• Spin on oil filter
• Clutch converted to later diaphragm type
• Roller bearing trunnions
• Brake servo upgrade (Original is available if required instead)
• Colour change to Ice Blue ( Original was British Racing Green )

This is an opportunity to have a Healey restored to you own specification , we will continue with the current spec and the car should be available mid-2021, the car is already UK registered
