Its a strong package that fires up with gusto as it makes a sweet rumble out of the dual exhaust. The V8 is paired with the numbers-matching TH400 three speed automatic transmission for a nice grand touring feeling. And we love the Stingray for being one of the few 1970s cars to give a fully independent suspension and four-wheel power disc brakes.
