1940' Ford Deluxe

We have a beautiful 1940 Ford Deluxe Coupe that just came into the showroom that was originally built by a well known MN street rodder. The Coupe has come out of a private collection and has been stored in a temperature controlled climate. This 1940 Ford has been changed over from 6V to 12V and it is powered by a Mercury Flathead V8 with MSD Ignition, an Eldebrock aluminum intake, triple Stromberg Carburetors (all been recently serviced), Offerhauser heads, a mild camshaft, and electric fuel pump. The Transmission is a Borg Warner T5 5 speed manual, that also has a new clutch. The rear axle is a Ford 8in and the front is a Mustang II with rack and pinion steering. The '40 is equipped with 2.5in dual exhaust, performance manifolds, and mufflers. The brake system has been updated and is front disc brakes and rear drums. The tires are Cooker white walls with steel wheels and chrome Ford V8 center caps. The interior is custom and is in great condition. The headliner is tight with no rips or sagging. The door cards are in great condition as well as the dash pad. The wiring system is all new and has an updated fuse box. The gauge cluster is all new and id Dakota Digital with GPS speedometer. The steering column is new and is a tilt style from Ididit Steering and has a custom steering wheel. The exterior and underbody are in excellent condition with no issues or areas of concern. All the chrome trim and bright work are in good condition. This is a turn key street rod that is ready for its new home! We have a clean and clear title in hand.
