THIS IS A 1960 JEEP WILLY'S IN EXCELLENT CONDITION with no rust and runs great. This vintage jeep has always been garaged and includes a new black top. Jeep has 618 miles since total restoration.
Off frame body restoration:
1. Body painted original factory color.
2. No rust "Rino" type professionally sprayed on undercoating and bed liner.
Mechanical Restoration:
1. New speedometer at time of overhaul including sending unit and cable. Original speedometer included and shows 36,724 miles.
2. Engine pulled and completely rebuilt including the following:
a.Machine shop bore engine, cleaned and ground valve heads, polished and checked crank shaft, cam shaft, oil pan, rods, surface flywheel,
b. Magnafluxed engine head
c. Replaced front and rear pinion seals.
d. Replaced transfer case seals front and rear.
e. Replaced all lights
f. Pulled radiator and pressure tested (no leaks)
g. Installed oil gauge and new oil sensor
h. New fuel gauge
i. New battery, 05/2016
j. New carburetor.
k. New fan belt
l. All new hoses
m. All new brakes
n. New tires (4)
o. New clutch pressure plate and throw out bearing.
p. New transmission mount.
q. New seals & gasket on input of transmission.
r. New starter
s. New water pump
t. New distributor cap
u. New wiring harness
v. New shock absorbers
w. ADDED- steering stabilizer shock absorber, two electrical windshield wipers, driver and passenger seat belts, turn indicator, horn.
Seats and rear benches are rebuilt and in excellent condition with no cracks, rips, or tears.
