This matching numbers car was treated to a ground-up, no-expense-spared, correct and quality restoration by mg t specialist barry briskman of scottsdale, arizona. It has been well cared for since by it’s fastidious and passionate mg owner. It starts, runs, drives, and operates beautifully. This car must be one of the most correct and properly restored tc’s on the current market today.
the quality of the bodywork and paint on this car are breathtaking. The car has been finished in an authentic single stage black paint that has an almost wet look throughout the car. Chromework and fittings, original restored lucas lamps, are all absolute show quality. The windshield is perfect and new along with a new body rubber kit. It’s easy to see that the car’s overall fit and finish was carried out only by an expert.
the car’s interior shares the same story here. It’s beautiful and extremely correct in red leather, displaying all of it’s correct instruments, chrome fittings, switches, etc. Fit and finish is excellent.
the engine room is very well and correctly restored. It shows some slight aging/mellowing from normal careful use, as well as the car’s undercarriage.
the car is mechanically superb, starting easily on the key, idling well and quietly, and sings happily down the road. One can tell the car has been expertly maintained since the quality restoration, and is in perfect health.
