We are proud to present one of the most authentic Opel GT-Junior 1900S examples currently on the market. This car (registration 62-AJ-73) was supplied new by the well-known Vlaardingen Opel dealer P. A. van der Kooij and represents pure, unspoilt automotive history. The car is completely original, retains its factory paintwork, and is in a rarely unmolested condition, both cosmetically and mechanically. Recently, the car was part of a select Opel collection; due to the restructuring of that collection, this unique GT is now available once again. The underside of the car is every bit as impressive as the top. Thanks to an early, professional ML anti-corrosion treatment, the bodyshell has remained perfectly preserved. To ensure full transparency, the underside was professionally cleaned in the past and sealed with a clear lacquer coating. A comparable European example is simply impossible to find, not least because the GT/ J was never supplied in America, so there can be no question of a rust-free US import. Delightful historical details, such as the original dealer and anti-corrosion stickers and the original service book with warranty documentation, complete the picture. This is a rare opportunity to acquire an unrestored, top-tier example.
