1966/7 Porsche 912

Here for sale is my lovely, numbers matching Porsche 912 which includes its Kardex to verify numbers etc. A beautiful example that was originally purchased in Italy then found its way to California where it has spent most of its life.

A well optioned Polo Red 912 with a 5-speed gearbox, wooden steering wheel and an external thermometer that's mounted next to the light switch (quite a rare option). I have a letter from Porsche with the original list of options that was included with the car when new. An absolute joy to drive and has recently spent some time with Max Levell of Revival Cars, a very well-known and respected 912 specialist.

Below is a list of just some the work undertaken whilst there.

Replaced carburetors with new Webers with new fitting kit etc.
New Koni shock absorbers all round and new ball joints and track rod ends.
Replaced gearbox mounts.
New electronic fuel pump, filters and fuel regulator.
Replaced oil canister lines.
Rear suspension strip down and re-bush.
Accelerator linkage bell crank bushes
New steering column bush with new roller bearing.
A compression test.
Plus lots of other small jobs……

As a result of the work undertaken and a new set of continental tyres, the car runs wonderfully well and feels very well routed to the road with terrific handling. I love driving this little car!

This is a rust free car with superb paintwork and great condition overall

The car is UK registered with a V5 in my name and will come with a years MOT although she is registered as a historic vehicle.
