1969' Triumph Herald 13/60

For Sale is my 1969 Herald 13/60 saloon in white with black interior. 61,000 miles, m.o.t to July2017, road tax free, in good running order. Subject of an older, complete chassis & body restoration to a good standard. Extensive repair, all corroded metal removed, new chassis components fitted. New front wings, front & rear lower aprons, outer sills & rear wing, finished with a complete vehicle respray.
Fuel tank cleaned internally with new fuel lines fitted. New copper brake pipes throughout in addition to a full brake component renewal/overhaul. Engine machined & rebuilt, new pistons, shells, oil pump, valves, gaskets.New fuel pump & carburetor, water pump & hoses.Replacement rear leaf spring and shock absorbers. Sound, solid car, regularly maintained, that drives very well with smooth gear change. Fabric sliding sunroof & period style radio fitted. Box of bits, old m.o.ts, work manual included, with receipts in excess of £6,000 and photographic record of restoration. The Herald still offers great value now , with asking prices of £3,500-£5000 being the norm for very good to excellent examples.
