An original RHD example sold new to Japan, as confirmed in an accompanying letter from the Alfa Romeo Owners Club is this lovely Alfa Romeo 1750 GTV in Moss green. It was built in 1969 and registered during 1970. Was Imported to the UK in late 2015. The car has had a colour change as it used to be French blue, this looks to be done to a very high standard and looks great. There are a few odd marks as expected and around the door handles but is near excellent I would say. The filler cap has been relocated to the top of the rear quarter and allows the smooth lines to continue where it once was. It has been de bumpered and I feel it looks great as most Alfa fans would agree. The addition of the Quadrifoglio decals are a nice touch and makes it look more aggressive resembling the GTA.

On the inside the tan wild boar leather interior is in very nice condition and has the much desired flying buttress seats with minimal wear to the drivers seat bolster and rear bench seat bottom, and complimented by the Nardi wooden rimmed steering wheel and wooden gear knob. Looks to have had new carpets too along with heater panel fascia and control knobs. The heater has been bypassed due to living in Japan.

The engine is what I would describe as fast road spec utilising a 'Sprint' manifold and ram pipes with pipercross filters giving a nice roar. Also electronic ignition has been installed giving great power throughout. A stainless exhaust from the manifold back has been fitted and finished with a mild steel stinger pipe gives a mean tone. The mileage is unverified at approx. 39000 Km's. The battery has been relocated to the boot so this frees up under the bonnet.

The 14" wheels are the genuine magnesium Tecnomagnesio type wrapped in Dunlop Direzza semi slick tyres which look fantastic on this car. Anyone who knows about these wheels will know their worth! KONI classic adjustable dampers allow the car to handle just as good as it looks.

Has just run out of MOT but will be renewed upon sale.

All in all, this is a very nice classic and can only appreciate in value. Priced to sell
