ERH 188T
A splendid example of a rare suffix ‘F’ 3 door Range Rover. (Correct ‘355 RHD’ model).
She is a local vehicle that has undergone an extensive long term refurbishment programme.
7 previous keepers with the last two based in the fair city of Perth and previous to this, Dundee and
St Andrews. Current owner for nearly 12 years and during this period much time and money has
been spent on her.

Previous to the two Perth based owners, she was owned by CPT Percival Cecil Taylor of Broughty
Ferry. He was her custodian from mid 1989 to mid 1991.
Before CPT Taylor she was owned by Mrs Margaret Doreen Stapleton of St Andrews. Mrs Stapleton
bought ERH in November of 1983 from Mrs Pamela Anne Hogg from Newport who acquired the
Range Rover only 3 months prior to her sale to Mrs Stapleton.

More recently in the last few months she has had the following work to prepare her for sale:
Chemical de-coke.
Fuel system clean.
Engine flush.
Crankshaft oil seal.
Degrease all brakes and new front pads.
Engine tune.
Points set.
Full service including oils.

There is an invoice to support this at just under £800.
She is presented with an MOT expiring late August 2017.

Walking round this you have to remind youself that it's 38yrs old such is the lovely condition. The
paintwork has been done to a high standard and the body is pretty much unmarked. The nice paint finish
extends inside the cabin, inside the doors, boot, under bonnet etc., a proper job and it looks great.
The cabin is a joy with very little if any wear to the chairs or dashboard, only patina. A look underneath shows
it to be highly original and condition that would rival some much younger examples. It it totally rot free and has
been undersealed in it's entirety. Correct original features including number plate surround, steering wheel,
instrument binnacle and the headlining is in new condition, the ‘upgrade option when new’ vinyl interior is
all in lovely order and she sits on correctly rated new Michelin tyres.

A usable classic with correct engine and gearbox that is ready to be enjoyed without the premium of early
suffix examples.
