2.2 DOHC. If you are seriously looking to purchase one of these, I genuinely think you will struggle to find a better one than mine. These cars in my opinion have to be one of the best looking cars of its era! I purchased this car 2 years ago from a guy who had had it sat covered up in his garage for 12 years or so, and I was amazed at the original condition! It has superb history and has covered 41,000 miles from new. Although it had only done 40 miles since cambelt replacement I decided to replace again so had the engine professionally removed and carried out extensive work, as I felt the condition warranted this. Along with the major service, it also had new clutch, new stainless Manifold, hoses, rear shocks, windscreen, brakes, and much more! Fitted "in keeping" Bluetooth stereo, new tyres all round. Immobiliser, electric windows, targa roof, (with cover) It literally wants for nothing and is in truly stunning condition.
