Brief history of this MGA Twin Cam!.
This is only 1, of 7 cars built in October 1959. Only 210 Twin Cams made total for U.K. Market.
Total production of only 2.111 vehicles made. Comes in Old English White, built 9th October 1959, rare U.K. factory supplied Twin Cam, factory fitted Twin Weber carburators, app. 140 HK. Previously raced at Silverstone.
Raced and Pole-position at Silverstone in 1975.
Advertised in Motor Sport Magazine in 1964, By the famous sports and racing car vendor – “Chequered Flag”, at Christwick, West London, for £ 485.
Restored in 1991, by previous owner. Again in 2005 it had a total makeover + 2.000 hours, with only 1.940 miles on since 2005. In 2016 it had a total original engine and gearbox makeover, now with only 60 miles on..
