- Chassis Number : 44T1922 - Engine Number: 12T1922. Now 1660 cc with +20 pistons and bored to 14/6 spec - Body Number: 1206 - Special Series car with preselecta gearbox.
Registered on the 1st February 1934 and retaining it`s original Bristol registration AHT 710 this superb car is powered by a 6 cylinder engine mated to a 4 speed preselecta gearbox.
Finished in a pleasing shade of grey the car, unusually has an early type spare wheel cover (as shown in Styles book on page 103) and is purported to be the Motor Show car.
The car has had 7 recorded keepers listed together with comprehensive invoices from 2001 which includes over £6500 for upgrading the engine (2002) by Barrie Gillies and more recently a gearbox and new loom (2010/12) by Keith Pointing.
This super car drives beautifully and keeps up with modern traffic. It is without doubt one of the prettiest small sporting saloons of the 1930`s and has performance to match.
All in all a lovely car deserving of going to a new custodian who will use the car on events and rallies as well as high days and holidays.
