1981' Triumph TR7

1981 TR7 5 Speed Convertible with MOT May 2018.Priced at £3495,collection Preston Lancashire.

This particular 'wedge ' came into my possession this spring after being dry stored for a number of years at a garage in south Wales, as it was already a very well preserved example , very little recommissioning was needed to bring this retro classic back to its former glory although I have, naturally been through the car refurbishing or replacing parts as required these included rear wheel brake cylinders and brake pipes , Alternator, track rod ends , leads , cap , rotor and plugs .

The engine , drivetrain ,steering and brakes all function correctly with no knocks ,rattles or smoke .The original biscuit tartan interior is in very good shape and showing very little wear from new, she still has its original radio and speakers (all working) all dials and switches working correctly.

The hood is nicely aged and fully working, comes with original tonneau.

The cornelian red paintwork is in good shape with a nice shine and more importantly no signs of dents scuffs or scabs . With light steering , 5 speed box , electronic ignition and servo assisted brakes , this 7 drives more like a modern day car while still retaining the charm and quirkiness of a classic British sports car , making this the true definition of a practical classic . 

Upgrades include OE alloy wheels and kenlowe type cooling fans .I'm sure you would not be expecting a concourse example but if you have viewed other classics in this price range , you will definitely not be disappointed . 

The mileage is unknown and is showing 2223 on the speedo, can't believe it's been round the clock for the length of time been stored (2002) also the service history has been lost over the years,2 Previous owners.
