1957' Bentley S1

Here is for sale my beautiful Bentley S1 produced end of year 1957. Right Hand Drive, automatic gearbox 4 speeds.
We are just coming back from a 2600 KM trip in Ireland. The car drives very well, gearbox is very smooth, brakes are powerfull and no failure during this trip.
After July 1957, the famous straight 6 cylinders 5 liter engine has been upgraded to his ultimate version with a high compression ratio (8 to 1).
This car has then approximatively 180 HP, and drives very well on the small roads, but also on the motorways due to an additional fan in front of the radiator.
Inside the woods are in a very good condition, leather seats are very nice, and carpets as new. (only the trunc carpet to be replaced)
Outside, outstanding chromium, very nice paint although some small scratches have appeared after the last 10 Kmiles I've done with the car.
Tyres in good condition.
Two points are not compliant with the original car: headlights does not have the vertical bar with the B, and the heating control flap valves have been replaced with 1/4 turn valves for a more easy use. Orginal parts have been kept and will be given with the car.

The car is under french registration and located near Paris. Lot of documents since new allow to certify the original mileage of 157000 .
