1968 Chevrolet Chevelle Convertible RestomodRestomod in mint condition5. 7-liter V8, automatic transmissionBody-off-frame restorationThis stunning Chevelle convertible has undergone a body-off restoration and is in mint condition! Originally imported from Arizona, it was subsequently restored and built up in the Netherlands. Modern safety and performance upgrades were incorporated during the restoration, making it a true "Restomod" (a blend of "Restored" and "Modified"). It is an amazing car, immaculate both underneath and on top. Beautiful blue metallic paintwork. Emblems and side marker lights have been removed (though the loose parts are included with the car), and the bumper is painted to match the body color. At the heart of this restomod lies a GM 350 V8 crate engine featuring various Edelbrock performance upgrades, mated to a TH-400 automatic transmission with a B&M shifter. The suspension and drivetrain have been modified using all-new components; it features a CCP dual-circuit brake booster and Wilwood SRP Drilled Performance disc brakes on all four corners. Polished 17-inch American Racing Torq-Thrust II wheels. The interior has been completely renewed, including all upholstery, carpeting, and door panels. The power-operated convertible top has been reupholstered in Sonnenland fabric with a glass rear window; the top frame was restored and is in like-new condition.A truly fantastic Chevelle featuring modern upgrades and in top condition. RDW-inspected and registered in the Netherlands.
