Fiat 500 R, 110 F/II model, 1973, finished in metallic gray color matching with black seats, 594cc engine type 126A5, 4-speed gearbox; the soft top is in good condition and it is smoothly foldable, the car starts and drives regularly, the last owner brought it in the current condition working on it, it looks beautifully all around. Moreover, it recently benefitted of a new internal roof. It comes with valid Italian road test and it is registered in Italy. On request, we can deliver at competitive prices. The background
"R" stands for Rinnovata (updated). The 500 R is the last series of cinquecento. At the time, the Fiat 500 reached the peak of registrations in Italy, and that was the right moment to update the model in order to adapt it to the historical period of transition and renewal which Italy (but not only) was going through during the 1970s. Therefore, we can affirm that the Fiat 500 R is the most modern version, and it englobes all improvements of the entire series of 500. The R model is characterized by pressed steel wheels (very similar to the newborn Fiat 126), no chrome out-of-fashion knickknacks, circular gauge, one-color seats and 594cc engine analogous to the Fiat 126 one.
