Commentaires du vendeur sur 1972' Jaguar E-Type Series 3, V12, Man/Conv

E-Type Jaguar V12 Series 3 Roadster, 1972, manual, chrome wire wheels, Sky Blue, Dark blue hood and leather interior. A superb example, photographs are explicit with nothing to hide. Matching numbers and good history file. This is one of 4 E-Type V12’s I own, the other 3 are all FHC. I actually require to sell 2 of them. This is the most expensive. Kept in a dehumidified garage and only ever-used in fine dry weather. I have owned Jaguars for many years; personally the Series 3 is my favourite. I have 3 children in there 30’s and they all agree the driving experience is more akin to modern vehicles, wider track and tyres, power steering, brakes, torque at all levels, room inside, just the whole package. Jaguar never went backward in design and even Norman Dewis stated it was his favourite incarnation of the E-Type. As the generations move on, I see this model as being amongst the most desirable. Again it is only my opinion but, I feel the flared arches and chrome grill give it more appeal. I appreciate we do not all like the same thing! The car has its own hardback book with detailed photographs of its total restoration back in 1999. The bodywork is fantastic, as is the interior, hood, wheels, tyres and everything else. I have all necessary equipment in my garage for viewing, but…. please bear in mind, I will not take the car out in foul weather, other than to just conclude an agreed deal, subject to driving. I now require extra room in my garage, so a regretful sale. Just call me for any further details, home number 01507 533760 near to Horncastle, regards Geoff.
