Due to a change in personal circumstances this complete LHD 1960 model year MGA Mk1 1600 Roadster is now available for sale as a viable restoration project..
According to the British Motor Heritage Certificate this MGA was built in December 1959 and left the factory on 29th December 1959.Original colour was Old English White with red trim and grey hood.
Imported by me from Vancouver in Canada last year it comes with an MGB 1800 engine fitted and a good used spare original MGA 1600 engine with H4 carbs/manifold and a number of new spares including fuel tank, sender unit, brake master cylinder, clutch slave cylinder, rear wheel cylinders/shoes plus a set of new lights.
The bodywork is in reasonable condition requiring repair to the NSF wing bottom (Moss panel supplied),new outer sills (not included) and a full repaint.Chassis seems to be solid with no holes or major rust. The MGA has a full set of 5 wire wheels fitted and at some stage a roll bar has also been added.Original hood frame is with the car.
A British Motor Heritage Certificate confirming build date etc and all NOVA import paperwork with fees all paid are provided with the car.
Prefer cash on collection or bank transfer before the vehicle is removed.
