Commentaires du vendeur sur 1976' Porsche 911
1976 – Porsche 911 Carrera 3.0
French registration papers Chassis n°9116600485 Engine n°6660594
- Only 2,546 models - Matching Numbers, Porsche Certificate - Careful and documented restoration
Well aware of the interest of the model, its current owner bought it at the end of 2010 and decided to embark on a total restoration of the bodywork. Bare, corroded parts such as the front crossbar and bumper supports are replaced as well as the two half floors. Originally grey, the Indian Red colour, in accordance with the colour chart of the time, is preferred when passing through the cabin. Very well done, the painting is perfectly stretched and the openings very well aligned. The interior is the same, the leathers are superb and the interior trim is in good condition. On the mechanical side and undercarriages, the suspensions, steering and brakes have been rebuilt. The engine is tuned, the gearbox is rebuilt and the fuel tank replaced. Some improvements are made without altering the whole, such as the addition of an oil cooler, hydraulic chain tensioners, turbo rods, aviation brake hoses, adjustable Koni shock absorbers, independent manifolds and a dual exhaust silencer. This model sold new in Belgium by Dieteren in February 1976 is of course "matching" according to its Porsche certificate. Just over 40,000 € will be invested in the restoration of the vehicle, as shown by the many invoices and a large file of more than 160 photographs showing each stage. In the hands of its current owner, the car has been regularly maintained (last serviced at the Porsche Toulon Centre in March 2019) and will be offered for sale with a roadworthiness test free of defects. A funny detail, it was the subject of an article in Flat 6 magazine in June 2019!
Estimate : 45 000 € / 65 000 €
