1929 ROLLS-ROYCE PHANTOM I REGISTRATION NO. UV 1377 CHASSIS NO. 116KR Odometer Reading: TBA MoT Expiry: Exempt
*Much work completed *Built in the style of a Barker design *A rewarding project
With much of the hard work completed this 1929 Phantom I, built in a Barker style still needs some finishing off but with much of the bodywork and paint completed the amount of further work required is lessened. The paintwork appears to be of a good quality but the interior requires completion. Much of the internal cosmetic woodwork has been completed but trimming is needed: the dashboard appears complete. The engine bay presents well and the engine appears complete. A good history file accompanies the car detailing the chassis works, body frame construction etc. The engine turns over by hand with compression, the gearbox selects all gears and the steering and brakes work well.
An ideal project for someone wanting a Phantom I saloon they can complete to their specification, with much of the bodywork already carried out.
