Commentaires du vendeur sur 1975' Triumph TR6 Rhd
June 1975 Triumph TR6 in British Racing Green RHD. This TR6 was purchased by myself in early 2016 from dry state America and has been restored and fully converted to RHD over the time since. Since taking possession of the vehicle, I have undertaken a fully documented and professional restoration of the vehicle. The vehicle was purchased as an extremely good, partially restored vehicle having had all the underside, chassis and suspension repainted/rebuilt. The car was also totally rust free. The car was stripped down and begun by giving the underside and under wheel arches a further coat of 2K racing green with waxoyl/Shultz on the floor pan underside and all unseen cavities. After this, the vehicle was transferred to mobile stands so that the outer panels could be stripped to bare metal which were excellent / corrosion free and then prepared for painting in 2k Racing Green. This repaint included a full engine bay detail to ensure the high quality of the engine bay matched that of the shell. With the car now fully painted all cavities were waxoyled and the car was then rebuilt with either new or reconditioned parts. This included, but was not limited to: • New front chrome bumper • New grill • New front lights and indicator units • New radiator • New Hood • Interior trim panels and carpets • New walnut dash • All new tyres • New brake discs ,pads and cylinders • Brake and clutch master/slave cylinders • Sand blasted and powder coated wheels • Screen/door rubbers and all seals • Electronic ignition upgrade Based on my experience of having carried out countless restorations of Triumph / MG’s and other classics over the years, I can safely say this vehicle has one of the best body shells and chassis around. This is demonstrated by the vehicle having never been welded and all seams showing there factory spot welds. This car has been a labour of love of the past year, and it is simply due to a change of personal circumstances that I am reluctantly placing it up for sale. The vehicle has to be seen to be fully appreciated and I have every confidence that it would exceed your expectations.
The car drives beautifully, sounds awesome, has excellent oil pressure and will be sold fully registered with 12 months MOT. I may consider a PX with a classic or modern day car.
